Texas American Legion member scaling new heights in suicide prevention
Through his organization, GallantFew, Texas American Legion Post 379 member Karl Monger uses rock climbing to provide connection, coaching and counseling to veterans and servicemembers transitioning out of the service.
Monger, a licensed professional counselor associate, also provides monthly leadership classes at Post 379 in Bedford, Texas in support of The American Legion Be The One mission to prevent veteran suicide.
