The American Legion Magazine
The American Legion Magazine exists to publish professionally written, accurate and relevant articles that promote the growth of American Legion programs, the attainment and understanding of American Legion policy objectives and a sense of esprit de corps and pride in being a veteran and member of The American Legion. This mission shall be accomplished at a cost not to exceed $3.00 per member per year, augmented by revenue derived from advertising and affinity operations, with any surplus being returned to the general fund.
America’s leaders will speak to America on the pages of The American Legion Magazine. The corporate goals of The American Legion will be promoted using the words of talented writers, professional journalists and world leaders. The Magazine will stay abreast of current design trends to maintain its attractiveness and attract additional advertisers. Through its editorial content and strong design, the Magazine staff will produce a publication worthy of its name.
