Welcome to The American Legion Prescription Discount Program! This program is not insurance. It is simply a convenient, easy to use program to save on prescription medicine when it is not covered by insurance. To learn more, visit http://www.caremark.com/legion
Easy
Simply present your American Legion Prescription Discount card along with your prescription(s) at a participating pharmacy. The program offers an average savings of 20 percent off the regular retail price. No Limits
You and your family may use your discount card any time your prescription is not covered by insurance. There are no restrictions and no limits on how many times you may use your card.

Your eye health is important. Regular eye exams can detect correction needs as well as vision conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration and even symptoms of diabetes. If it has been two years since your last eye exam, then it is time to schedule an appointment. 3. Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Screening: An abdominal aortic aneurysm is a “ballooning” of the wall in the abdominal aorta. The majority of people with AAAs have no symptoms. If an AAA ruptures, the mortality rate is 80-90 percent. More than 15,000 U.S. residents per year die of AAAs. The good news is that AAAs can be identified via an ultrasound screening.
4. Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) Screening: Eight to twelve million Americans suffer from PAD. It is 4-5 times more likely that you will die from heart disease if you have PAD. Ultrasound technology is used to screen for PAD (plaque buildup in the arms and legs).
